This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Amsterdam Volt & Current Electrical Services B.V., a licensed and fully insured Electrician operating in the Netherlands Amsterdam region, in response to the client's request for a comprehensive electrical renovation and safety upgrade of a residential property located at Prinsengracht 412, Amsterdam. Our team of qualified Electrician professionals has conducted a full on-site assessment of the existing electrical infrastructure and has compiled the following detailed Quotation Estimate to outline all required works, materials, labour, and associated costs.

The estimated duration for completion of all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is 10 working days, commencing on the date confirmed by mutual agreement. Our Electrician team will work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a possible Saturday for final inspection. The project is scheduled to begin in the week of 21 July 2025, subject to client confirmation and availability of materials. Any delays caused by third-party suppliers or municipal inspection scheduling will be communicated promptly.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable Dutch tax regulations.
4.2 All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Euros (EUR) and include the cost of materials, labour, tools, and equipment. The 21% BTW (Belasting op Toegevoegde Waarde) is applied in accordance with Dutch fiscal law as administered by the Belastingdienst in the Netherlands.
4.3 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of rewiring works, and the remaining 30% upon final inspection, handover of the NEN 3146 certificate, and client sign-off. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at ING Bank (IBAN: NL91 INGB 0001 2345 67).
4.4 All electrical work performed by our Electrician team is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of completion, covering both workmanship and installed materials, in line with Dutch consumer protection legislation (Wet van Aardbevingsschade and general contract law).
4.5 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits from the Gemeente Amsterdam prior to the commencement of works. Our project management team will assist in preparing and submitting all required documentation to the local building authority.
4.6 In the event of unforeseen structural issues discovered during the course of the project (e.g., hidden wiring, asbestos, or structural damage), our Electrician will immediately notify the client and provide a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional work required before proceeding.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
By signing below, both parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate. The signed document constitutes a binding agreement for the electrical works described herein.
