This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by SparkPro Electrical Solutions Ltd, a fully licensed and insured Electrician operating throughout New Zealand Auckland and its surrounding suburbs. - 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the New Zealand Auckland market.
- 2. Payment Terms: A 40% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking. The remaining 60% balance is due upon completion of all Electrician work and prior to the final CoC handover. Payment may be made by bank transfer, EFTPOS, or credit card (1.5% surcharge applies to card payments).
- 3. Commencement: Work will commence within five (5) working days of receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from the client. Estimated project duration is three (3) to four (4) working days, subject to weather and site access conditions in Auckland.
- 4. Compliance: All electrical work performed by our Electrician team will strictly adhere to AS/NZS 3000:2018 (Wiring Rules), the New Zealand Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, and all Auckland Council bylaws. A Certificate of Compliance will be issued upon satisfactory completion.
- 5. Insurance: SparkPro Electrical Solutions Ltd carries a minimum of $20,000,000 in public liability insurance and is registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWB) of New Zealand. Full insurance certificates are available upon request.
- 6. Variations: Any additional work or changes to the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Additional charges will be quoted separately at our standard Electrician hourly rate of $115.00 per hour (excl. GST).
- 7. Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion. All manufacturer warranties on installed components (switchboards, RCDs, fixtures, etc.) remain the responsibility of the client and will be documented in the final handover pack.
- 8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent work will be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and may be referred to the Electrical Workers Registration Board or the Disputes Tribunal in Auckland.
- 9. Site Access: The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas of the property where Electrician work is to be performed. The client is responsible for ensuring that any necessary Auckland Council resource or building consents (if applicable beyond standard electrical work) are obtained prior to commencement.
