Important Terms Governing This Electrician Services Quotation Estimate in Nigeria Lagos:
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, VoltMaster Electrical Services Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 30% upon completion of 50% of the installation work, and 30% upon final inspection, certification, and handover.
3. Project Duration: The Electrician team estimates a total of twelve (12) working days to complete all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate, subject to weather conditions and client availability in Nigeria Lagos.
4. Warranty: All electrical workmanship is covered by a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final handover. All supplied materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.
5. Compliance: All work performed by our Electrician professionals shall comply with NERC regulations, Nigerian Standard NS 1000, and Lagos State building codes. A Certificate of Electrical Compliance shall be issued upon project completion.
6. Insurance: VoltMaster Electrical Services Ltd. maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Electrician staff operating in Nigeria Lagos.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8. Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include structural modifications to the building, plumbing works, or any civil engineering works. Additional services requested beyond the stated scope will be quoted separately.
4. The client agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein and authorizes the commencement of work upon receipt of the initial deposit.
