This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by ElectroLima Solutions S.A.C., a licensed and certified Electrician service provider operating in Peru Lima, to present a comprehensive cost breakdown for the electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance work requested by the client. This document serves as a binding proposal for the scope of work described herein and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 of this Quotation Estimate.
The following Electrician services have been scoped based on the site visit conducted on June 5, 2025, at the client's residential property located in the Miraflores district of Peru Lima. The work encompasses the complete renovation of the electrical system in accordance with the Peruvian National Electrical Regulation (RNE) and the standards established by OSINERGMIN (Organismo Supervisor de la Inversión en Energía y Minería).

The estimated duration for the completion of all Electrician services described in this Quotation Estimate is fifteen (15) business days from the date of contract signing and receipt of the initial payment. Work will be scheduled between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Saturday, in compliance with the noise and construction regulations of the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima. The project will be executed in the Miraflores district of Peru Lima, and the client will be provided with a detailed daily progress report.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 40% Advance Payment (PEN 8,850.00): Due upon signing of the service contract and prior to commencement of work. This payment covers material procurement and mobilization of the Electrician team.
- 40% Progress Payment (PEN 8,850.00): Due upon completion of 70% of the installation work, as verified by a joint inspection with the client.
- 20% Final Payment (PEN 4,425.00): Due upon final acceptance, delivery of the electrical conformity certificate, and handover of the as-built documentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to ElectroLima Solutions S.A.C., Banco de Crédito del Perú, Cuenta Corriente No. 191-1234567-0-19. A formal invoice (Factura) will be issued for each payment in accordance with SUNAFIL and SUNAT regulations applicable in Peru Lima.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and include all applicable taxes. Should the client wish to proceed, a signed copy of this document must be returned to ElectroLima Solutions S.A.C. within the validity period. Any modifications to the scope of work after acceptance will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard residential electrical conditions in Peru Lima. Should the Electrician team encounter unforeseen structural obstacles, hidden damage, or non-compliant existing installations during the course of work, a revised estimate will be presented to the client for approval before any additional work is performed. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers operating within the Lima metropolitan area.- All Electrician work performed under this Quotation Estimate is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of final acceptance. The warranty covers workmanship defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- ElectroLima Solutions S.A.C. holds a valid operating license (RUC) and all Electrician personnel assigned to this project in Peru Lima are certified by the relevant Peruvian regulatory bodies and carry professional liability insurance.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any additional municipal permits or neighbor notifications required by the local authority in Miraflores, Peru Lima. ElectroLima Solutions S.A.C. will provide all technical documentation necessary to support such applications.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Peru Lima), the project timeline will be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in the courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code.
