- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after the validity period due to fluctuations in material costs in the Philippines Manila market.
- A fifty percent (50%) down payment of PHP 144,168.00 is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to schedule the Electrician crew and procure materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon satisfactory completion and final inspection.
- All work performed by our licensed Electrician team shall comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) 2017, National Building Code of the Philippines, and all applicable local ordinances of the City of Manila, Philippines Manila.
- The project timeline is estimated at eight (8) to ten (10) working days from the date of down payment receipt, subject to material availability and Meralco coordination schedules in the Philippines Manila service area.
- All materials used shall be new, PSC-certified, and UL-listed. The client reserves the right to inspect materials prior to installation. Any premium brand substitutions must be approved in writing by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate includes a one-year (12-month) workmanship warranty on all Electrician labor performed. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the client.
- Any additional work or changes requested by the client beyond the scope described herein shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and written approval before execution.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to BDO Unibank, A/C No. 1234-5678-901, in the name of Manila Volt Electrician Services Inc., or via check payable to the same.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it shall serve as the governing document for the scope, pricing, and terms of the Electrician services to be rendered in Philippines Manila.
