This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Coast Electrical Solutions W.L.L. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for all Electrician services required at the client's commercial premises located in Qatar Doha. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of electrical work, labor charges, material costs, and applicable taxes. The Electrician team assigned to this project holds valid Qatari electrical licenses and complies with all regulations set forth by the Ministry of Municipality and the Qatar Electricity and Water Authority (QEWA) for work conducted within Qatar Doha.
2. Scope of Electrician WorkThe following Electrician services have been assessed and are included in this Quotation Estimate for the commercial building at West Bay Lagoon, Qatar Doha:
- Complete inspection and diagnostic testing of the existing electrical distribution board (DB) on floors 1 through 12.
- Replacement of 48 damaged circuit breakers and 12 faulty RCDs in the main electrical panel.
- Installation of 200 new LED lighting fixtures with integrated dimmer switches across all office floors.
- Upgrading of the emergency lighting system to meet current fire safety codes applicable in Qatar Doha.
- Replacement of 350 aging power outlets and data sockets with modern dual-gang units.
- Installation of a new 630A main incomer switchgear unit with integrated metering.
- Earthing and bonding system upgrade to comply with IEC 60364 standards as enforced in Qatar.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Qatar Doha market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 60% of the Electrician work, and the remaining 30% upon final handover and QEWA sign-off.
- All Electrician work shall be performed in strict compliance with Qatar Building Code, IEC standards, and QEWA regulations applicable in Qatar Doha.
- The Electrician contractor shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and workmanship, and manufacturer warranties on all supplied materials and equipment.
- Work hours shall be between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with Qatar labor law. Any work outside these hours or on public holidays shall be charged at 1.5x the standard Electrician labor rate.
- The client shall provide the Electrician team with safe access to all areas of the building, including electrical rooms, risers, and roof-level installations, throughout the project duration.
- All materials and equipment specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be new, unused, and sourced from approved suppliers registered in Qatar Doha.
- Any additional work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client prior to commencement.
- The Electrician contractor shall maintain full public liability insurance coverage of no less than QAR 5,000,000 for the duration of the project in Qatar Doha.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
