1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs within the Russia Moscow market.
2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable within five (5) business days following the completion of all Electrician works and the client's written sign-off on the Act of Completed Works.
3. Project Duration: The estimated timeline for completion of all works described in this Quotation Estimate is fourteen (14) working days from the date of the advance payment, subject to availability of materials and access to the property in Russia Moscow.
4. Warranty: Volgo-Electro Services LLC provides a warranty of thirty-six (36) months on all Electrician labor and workmanship. All electrical components and materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty is valid throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
5. Permits and Compliance: The Electrician contractor shall obtain all necessary permits from the Moscow City Housing Department and ensure that all installations comply with PUE (Rules for Electrical Installations) and local Moscow building codes. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional permits related to structural modifications.
6. Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of major electrical appliances (oven, washing machine, etc.), decorative lighting design, or any works outside the apartment boundaries. Any additional Electrician services requested by the client beyond the scope herein shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Moscow, or supply chain disruptions.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
