- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
- All Electrician work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC 301), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) technical regulations for Riyadh, and the requirements of the Riyadh Municipality for electrical permits.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits and SEC connection approvals prior to the commencement of work. Our licensed Electrician team will assist in preparing the technical documentation required for such approvals.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation works, and 20% upon final inspection, handover, and issuance of the completion certificate.
- All materials and equipment supplied shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. Labour and workmanship warranty is provided for five (5) years, in accordance with Saudi Arabian commercial law.
- The project duration is estimated at twenty (20) working days from the date of site access approval, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in the Riyadh market.
- Any additional work or changes to the scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Our Electrician technicians are fully insured under a comprehensive liability policy covering work performed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorized representative.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
