- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrician rates and material costs listed herein may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Senegal Dakar.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of cabling and panel installation (Day 9), and 20% upon final commissioning and handover (Day 12). All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to SENELEC Électrique SARL, Bank of Africa (BOA), Dakar branch.
- The Electrician team shall work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00, in accordance with standard working hours in Senegal Dakar. Any work required outside these hours or on public holidays shall be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be new, of certified quality, and sourced from approved suppliers in Dakar. The Electrician guarantees all workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Mairie de Dakar and SENELEC prior to the commencement of work. The Electrician shall provide all technical documentation required for such permits at no additional cost.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the authorized representative of SENELEC Électrique SARL.
