This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Electrical Solutions Pte. Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the client's residential premises located in Singapore Singapore. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Singapore Singapore market.
- All Electrician work shall be performed by licensed and certified electricians registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore Singapore. A copy of the electrician's license will be presented on-site prior to commencement of work.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major wiring and distribution board installation, and the remaining 10% upon final inspection and handover of the Certificate of Electrical Safety.
- All materials used shall be of Singapore Standards (SS) certified or equivalent international quality. Brands to include Schneider Electric, ABB, or Legrand unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client.
- The Electrician service provider shall obtain all necessary HDB approval and permits for works in Singapore Singapore prior to commencement. Any delays caused by HDB or NEA processing shall not be considered a breach of the project timeline.
- A comprehensive 24-month workmanship warranty is provided on all electrical installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications by third parties.
- Working hours for this project shall be between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, in accordance with HDB regulations in Singapore Singapore. No work shall be conducted on public holidays or Sundays without prior written consent.
- The client shall ensure clear access to all areas requiring electrical work, including the distribution board location, ceiling voids, and wall cavities. Any additional costs arising from obstructed access shall be communicated and agreed upon before additional charges are incurred.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the supply of appliances, air-conditioning units, or any non-electrical works. Any additional scope requested by the client during the project shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Singapore Singapore.
