All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 21% as governed by the Ley 37/1992 del IVA. No additional municipal taxes or Madrid city council fees are included unless expressly stated.
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for electrical materials and labour in Madrid, Spain.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% (EUR 5,771.70) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the electrician team's schedule. A further 40% (EUR 7,695.60) is due upon completion of the rewiring and distribution board installation. The remaining 30% (EUR 5,771.70) is payable upon final sign-off and delivery of the Boletín Eléctrico. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Madrid Electric Solutions S.L.
3.3 Work Schedule: All electrician work will be carried out between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday, in compliance with Madrid municipal noise and construction regulations. No work will be performed on public holidays as declared by the Comunidad de Madrid.
3.4 Access and Coordination: The client agrees to provide the electrician team with full and uninterrupted access to the property at Calle de Serrano 87, 5ºA, Madrid. The client shall also facilitate any necessary coordination with the building's community of owners (comunidad de propietarios) and the building's main electrical installation (instalación eléctrica comunitaria) as required by Madrid building regulations.
3.5 Warranty: Madrid Electric Solutions S.L. provides a warranty of five (5) years on all labour performed by our electrician team and a warranty of two (2) years on all supplied electrical materials and components, in accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
3.6 Insurance and Liability: The electrician contractor holds full professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, as well as workers' compensation insurance (seguro de accidentes de trabajo) in compliance with Spanish labour law. The contractor assumes full responsibility for any damage to the property or third parties arising from the execution of the works described in this Quotation Estimate.
