3.1 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% (EUR 2,782.76) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% (EUR 3,710.34) is due upon completion of the wiring and distribution board installation. The remaining 30% (EUR 2,782.76) is payable upon final commissioning, thermographic inspection sign-off, and delivery of the BOI certificate.
3.2 Project Duration: The Electrician works are estimated to be completed within 10 working days from the date of the deposit payment, subject to access to the property and availability of materials. Delays caused by force majeure, municipal permit processing in Spain Valencia, or client-requested changes will extend the timeline accordingly.
3.3 Warranty: All electrical work performed by our Electrician team carries a 5-year workmanship warranty and a 2-year parts warranty, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). The BOI certificate guarantees regulatory compliance for a minimum of 15 years.
3.4 Insurance and Liability: Valencia Electric Solutions S.L. maintains full professional indemnity insurance (EUR 1,000,000 per claim) and public liability insurance (EUR 2,000,000) as required for all Electrician operations in the Valencian Community, Spain. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and that any necessary community-of-owners (comunidad de propietarios) authorisations are obtained prior to the start date.
3.5 Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel this Quotation Estimate after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after work has commenced will incur a charge of 50% of the total estimated value.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising from the Electrician services described herein shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
