This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by ElectroZurich AG, a fully licensed and insured Electrician firm operating in Switzerland Zurich and the surrounding cantonal regions. The purpose of this document is to provide a detailed, transparent, and itemised cost breakdown for the electrical installation, inspection, and remediation works requested by the client at the above-mentioned residential property in the Seefeld district of Zurich. 2. Scope of Work — Electrician Services in Switzerland ZurichThe following scope of work has been assessed by our senior Electrician, Master Electrician Thomas Brunner (SVEB-certified), during the on-site survey conducted on 28 May 2025 at the client's residence in Switzerland Zurich. As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 30% deposit (CHF 4,612.36) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of works; 50% progress payment (CHF 7,687.26) due upon completion of all wiring and socket installation (Items 3.1 through 3.4); and the remaining 20% balance (CHF 3,074.90) due upon final sign-off and delivery of the Prüfprotokoll. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of ElectroZurich AG at UBS AG, Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7800 3890 7). Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory Swiss rate of 5% per annum as per Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
5. Project TimelineSubject to the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Electrician team will mobilise on-site within 10 working days. The estimated duration of the works is 8 to 10 working days, contingent upon access to the property and the availability of materials from our Zurich warehouse. The final inspection and issuance of the test report will be scheduled in coordination with the local Zurich electrical inspection authority (Elektroinspektion Zürich).
6. Warranties and ComplianceElectroZurich AG, as the executing Electrician, provides a comprehensive 5-year workmanship warranty on all installations detailed in this Quotation Estimate. All materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 2 to 10 years). All works performed in Switzerland Zurich shall strictly adhere to the Swiss Federal Act on Electrical Installations (StromVG) and the associated NIV/SEEV regulations. The Electrician is fully insured for professional liability (Haftpflicht) up to CHF 5,000,000 and carries adequate workers' compensation insurance (UVG) as required by Swiss law.
7. Terms and Conditions7.1 This Quotation Estimate is a binding offer only upon written acceptance by the client within the 30-day validity period stated above.
7.2 Any additional work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client prior to execution.
7.3 The Electrician reserves the right to suspend work if the client fails to provide adequate access to the work area or if safety hazards are identified that were not apparent during the initial survey.
7.4 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by Swiss law, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, shall apply.
7.5 The client acknowledges that the Electrician will comply with all applicable Swiss environmental and waste disposal regulations when removing and disposing of old electrical materials.
8. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in Switzerland Zurich and agrees to all terms, conditions, and pricing as set forth in this document.
