This Quotation Estimate is issued by ThaiVolt Electrical Services Co., Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive electrician services at the client's commercial premises located in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok, Thailand. Terms and Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for electrical materials and labor in Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of major installation works, and 20% upon final handover and successful MEA Bangkok inspection.
3. All electrician work shall be performed by licensed electricians holding valid Thai electrical work permits. Our team operates in full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act B.E. 2554 (2011) of Thailand.
4. The project timeline is estimated at twenty (20) working days from the commencement date, subject to weather conditions and access availability at the Bangkok site.
5. A two-year warranty is provided on all labor and installed materials. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
6. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) prior to the commencement of structural electrical modifications.
7. Any changes to the scope of electrician work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal change order before additional work commences.
8. This quotation is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Bangkok Commercial Court.
