This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ankara Elektrik & Mühendislik A.Ş., a licensed and certified Electrician firm operating in compliance with all applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey, specifically within the Ankara metropolitan area. The scope of work encompasses the complete electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance of the residential property located in Çankaya, Ankara. All Electrician services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the Turkish Electrical Installation Standards (TSE EN 60364), the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality building codes, and the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey.
The Electrician team assigned to this project consists of two (2) licensed master electricians and one (1) certified electrical technician, all holding valid credentials issued by the Ankara Chamber of Electrical Engineers. The Electrician personnel will operate strictly within the boundaries of the client's property and will adhere to all safety protocols mandated by Turkish occupational health and safety legislation (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu No. 6331).

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration of this period, the Electrician service provider reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs, currency exchange rates, or changes in regulatory requirements within Turkey Ankara.
3.2 Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of work, 40% upon completion of wiring and fixture installation, and 20% upon final inspection, testing, and delivery of the electrical conformity certificate. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account of Ankara Elektrik & Mühendislik A.Ş.
3.3 The Electrician service provider guarantees all workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. All installed materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which shall be transferred to the client upon project completion.
3.4 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi) or the relevant district municipality prior to the commencement of structural electrical modifications. The Electrician firm shall provide all technical documentation required for such permit applications at no additional cost.
3.5 Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate issued by the Electrician service provider.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
3.7 The Electrician service provider shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and occupational accident insurance throughout the duration of the project, as required by Turkish law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services to be performed in Turkey Ankara. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both the service provider and the client.
