1. Scope of Work — Electrician Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Noor Electrical Services LLC, a fully licensed and registered Electrician contractor operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to provide comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance services at the client's residential property. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Abu Dhabi Municipality Electrical Code, DEWA (Department of Water and Electricity) regulations, and the UAE Civil Defence requirements for electrical safety.
- Full Electrical Inspection: Complete visual and instrument-based inspection of all existing electrical wiring, distribution boards, earthing systems, and consumer units throughout the villa, in accordance with IEC 60364 standards adopted in the United Arab Emirates.
- Distribution Board Upgrade: Replacement of the existing 12-way consumer unit with a new 24-way DEWA-compliant distribution board, including installation of new RCBOs (Residual Current Breaker with Overcurrent Protection) rated at 30 mA for all final circuits.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of all wiring and fixture installation, and the remaining 20% upon successful DEWA inspection and handover of the Electrical Installation Certificate.
- All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to Al Noor Electrical Services LLC, FAB Bank, Abu Dhabi Branch, Account No. 002-4587-1123-001.
- All Electrician work shall be carried out by DEWA-licensed and Abu Dhabi Municipality-registered technicians. No unlicensed personnel shall be permitted on site.
- The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and no-objection certificates (NOC) from DEWA and Abu Dhabi Municipality prior to commencing any electrical work. All permit fees are included in the above quotation.
- A comprehensive two-year warranty is provided on all workmanship and installed materials. This warranty is valid only for installations performed within the emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas of the property, including the electrical room, roof, and any concealed spaces, during the execution of the works.
- Any additional work or variations requested by the client beyond the scope defined in Section 1 shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutual agreement on pricing before execution.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- All materials supplied shall be new, of UAE-approved quality, and compliant with the relevant IEC and DEWA specifications. Certificates of conformity shall be provided upon request.
