As per this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and issuance of the Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all installation works and prior to final testing; and the remaining 30% upon successful DEWA inspection, Dubai Municipality approval, and handover of all as-built documentation. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account of Gulf Coast Electrical Solutions LLC, Emirates NBD, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Electrician works described in this Quotation Estimate are estimated to be completed within 28 working days from the date of site handover and receipt of the advance payment. The schedule accounts for DEWA inspection lead times, material procurement from approved Dubai suppliers, and any necessary Dubai Municipality permit processing. Delays attributable to third-party authorities in the United Arab Emirates Dubai regulatory framework shall be excluded from the contractor’s performance timeline.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry.
- All Electrician work shall be performed by DEWA-certified technicians holding valid UAE trade licenses and professional competency certificates.
- The contractor shall maintain full public liability insurance of not less than AED 5,000,000 as required for commercial projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- All materials and equipment shall carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty, with the Electrician providing a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installed systems.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
- The contractor shall comply with all applicable UAE Federal Laws, Dubai Municipality bylaws, DEWA technical standards, and UAE Civil Defence regulations throughout the project duration.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
