- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to review upon expiry due to material cost fluctuations in the United Kingdom market.
- Payment Terms: 40% deposit required to secure the booking and order materials. 50% due upon completion of all re-wiring works. Final 10% balance payable upon handover of all certificates and client sign-off. Payment by bank transfer to Midlands Electrical Solutions Ltd, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- Programme: Estimated duration of works is five (5) working days, commencing Monday 23 June 2025, subject to access and weather conditions. Works will be carried out between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.
- Access: The client agrees to provide safe and uninterrupted access to all areas of the property, including the loft, utility room, and external meter position, throughout the duration of the Electrician's works.
- Building Control: The Electrician will notify Birmingham City Council Building Control prior to commencement of works. The client is responsible for any additional local authority fees not included in this Quotation Estimate.
