- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thames Electrical Services Ltd, a registered Electrician company in the United Kingdom, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date stated above. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs and United Kingdom London labour market conditions.
- All Electrician works described in this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out in accordance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), Part P of the Building Regulations (England), and all relevant United Kingdom London local authority requirements.
- The client agrees to pay 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount upon acceptance as a deposit, with the remaining 60% due upon practical completion and handover of the Electrical Installation Certificate.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the company's designated account. Cheques are not accepted. Invoices will be issued in accordance with United Kingdom HMRC requirements.
- The Electrician contractor shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month guarantee on all workmanship and a manufacturer's warranty on all supplied materials and equipment. This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- The client must ensure that the United Kingdom London property is accessible to the Electrician team between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Access restrictions or delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
- All works involving the consumer unit, new circuits, and EV charger installation will be notified to the City of Westminster Building Control as a controlled activity under Part P. The Electrician contractor shall bear the cost of notification and any required inspections.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural alterations, plastering beyond minor making good, or decorative painting beyond the areas directly affected by the Electrician works. Any such additional works will be quoted separately.
- The Electrician contractor carries £5,000,000 public liability insurance and £1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance, valid throughout the duration of the works in the United Kingdom London area. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of the United Kingdom London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the Electrician works described herein. The Electrician contractor will schedule the works to commence within ten (10) working days of receipt of the deposit and signed acceptance.
