Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or changes in United Kingdom regulatory requirements.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Electrician's booking; 50% upon completion of the principal works; 10% upon final handover and certification. All payments to be made by bank transfer to BrightSpark Electrical Services Ltd.
- All Electrician works will be carried out in strict compliance with the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018+A2:2022), Part P of the Building Regulations (England), and all applicable United Kingdom health and safety legislation, including the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
- BrightSpark Electrical Services Ltd holds a minimum of £5,000,000 public liability insurance and £1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance, valid throughout the United Kingdom. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- The estimated total duration for all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is approximately five (5) working days, subject to access to the Manchester property and no unforeseen structural complications. Any additional works not included herein will be subject to a separate written variation order.
- A two-year guarantee is provided on all labour and workmanship. Manufacturer's warranties on all installed components (consumer unit, sockets, lighting, smart panel) will be passed to the client and are in addition to the workmanship guarantee.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the property where Electrician works are to be undertaken, including the loft space, utility room, and all rooms listed in the scope of work. The client is responsible for the temporary relocation of furniture and personal items as directed by the Electrician.
