1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs, labor rates, and any changes in Los Angeles, United States municipal regulations or code requirements.
2. Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit ($8,206.91) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure scheduling. 40% ($10,942.54) is due upon completion of 50% of the work. The remaining 30% ($8,206.90) is due upon final inspection sign-off by the Los Angeles City Building Department. All payments are due in U.S. Dollars via check, ACH transfer, or certified funds.
3. Licensing & Insurance: Golden State Electrical Solutions, Inc. holds a valid California C-45 Electrical Contractor License (No. 1087654) and carries general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of California. All Electrician personnel assigned to this project are W-2 employees of the company.
4. Permits & Code Compliance: All electrical work performed in the City of Los Angeles, United States, requires a valid electrical permit. Our licensed Electrician will file all necessary permit applications with the Los Angeles City Building and Safety Department prior to commencing work. The client is responsible for any additional permit fees not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate.
5. Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work begins. The Electrician project manager will provide a revised cost estimate for any such changes within 48 hours of the request.
6. Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of final inspection. Manufacturer warranties on all installed components (panel, outlets, lighting, etc.) remain in effect per the respective manufacturer's terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God.
7. Access & Scheduling: The client agrees to provide full access to the property during normal business hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday) in Los Angeles, United States. Work will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the household. The Electrician team will maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover mobilization costs, material reservations, and permit filing fees already incurred by the Electrician contractor.
9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the municipal codes of the City of Los Angeles, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles County before litigation.
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in Los Angeles, United States, and authorizes Golden State Electrical Solutions, Inc. to proceed with the described scope of work upon payment of the initial deposit.
