- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tashkent Volt Electric Services LLC, a licensed Electrician contractor registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs in the Uzbekistan Tashkent market.
- All work described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by certified Electrician professionals holding valid licenses issued by the Uzbekistan Ministry of Energy. The lead Electrician assigned to this project holds a Category A electrical installation certification.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of wiring and fixture installation, and 20% upon final inspection and handover of the compliance certificate. All payments shall be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the company account in Tashkent.
- The estimated project duration is ten (10) working days, commencing on the date agreed upon by both parties. Delays caused by client-requested changes, material unavailability, or force majeure events in Uzbekistan Tashkent will be communicated in writing and may extend the timeline.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are new, factory-sealed, and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. The Electrician labor workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits or HOA (Homeowners Association) approvals from the Chilonzor District administration in Tashkent prior to the commencement of work. The Electrician team will provide all technical documentation required for such applications.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include structural modifications to walls or floors beyond standard conduit routing. Any additional work requested during the project will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Electrician team.
- All waste materials generated during the electrical renovation will be collected and disposed of in accordance with Uzbekistan Tashkent municipal waste management regulations. The site will be cleaned daily by the Electrician crew.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Civil Code of Uzbekistan.
