This Quotation Estimate is issued by Harare Power & Electrical Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a fully licensed and registered Electrician operating in Zimbabwe Harare, in response to the client's request for a comprehensive electrical installation and upgrade for a newly constructed four-storey residential building located in Borrowdale, Harare. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are inclusive of materials, labour, and standard tools. The Electrician team assigned to this project in Zimbabwe Harare will operate in strict compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act [Chapter 14:07] and all applicable ZIEC regulations. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
Any variations or additional work requested beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment. The Electrician reserves the right to adjust material costs by up to 5% if market prices fluctuate significantly between the date of this Quotation Estimate and the commencement of works.
Payment shall be made in the following instalments: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of all cabling and conduit work (interim milestone); 25% upon installation of all fixtures, boards, and earthing; and the final 5% upon successful ZIEC certification and handover of as-built documentation. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the company account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch.
The Electrician provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all workmanship and a manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–5 years) on all supplied materials and equipment. During the warranty period, any defects arising from faulty workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost to the client. After the warranty period, the client may engage the Electrician for maintenance and repair services at the prevailing hourly rate of $45.00 per hour.
By signing below, the client confirms that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full. The Electrician confirms readiness to commence works within five (5) working days of receiving the advance deposit.
