3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or the Electronics Engineer's availability.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the prototype and successful bench testing, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Algeria Algiers Electronics & Engineering Solutions SARL, RIB: 007 600 1234 5678 9012 3456 789.
3.3 Intellectual Property: All designs, firmware source code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer and the company retain the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
3.4 Warranty: The Electronics Engineer guarantees a defect-free performance period of ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance. Any hardware or firmware defects identified within this period shall be corrected at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or environmental conditions outside the specified operating range.
3.5 Regulatory Compliance: All work performed by the Electronics Engineer shall adhere to the Algerian Code of Commerce, the ANRT telecommunications regulations, and applicable IEC safety standards.
