1. Scope of Work – Electronics Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TecnoElectra Ingeniería S.R.L. to provide the professional services of a certified Electronics Engineer for the design, implementation, and commissioning of an upgraded Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control system for Production Line 7 at the client's industrial facility located in Argentina Buenos Aires. 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- All prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to the applicable IVA rate in force at the time of invoicing.
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations established by the Argentine Ministry of Labor and the local municipality of San Isidro, Buenos Aires.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of programming and HMI configuration, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of documentation.
- Any scope modifications or change orders must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised pricing will be issued as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The Electronics Engineer guarantees a minimum of ninety (90) days of post-commissioning support, during which any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost.
- Intellectual property of all designs, code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
