The Electronics Engineer will be based in Bangladesh Dhaka and will report to the client's site in Tongi on a full-time basis for the duration of the contract.

The primary responsibilities of the Electronics Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• Design and development of PLC-based control systems for spinning machines and loom automation.
• Installation and wiring of sensors, actuators, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) across the production floor.
• Programming and configuration of Siemens S7-1200 and Mitsubishi FX5U PLCs.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following schedule:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be revised to reflect current Bangladesh Dhaka market conditions for Electronics Engineer services.
2. The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all safety regulations set by the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and the Bangladesh Electrical Inspectorate guidelines while working on-site.
3. Any change in scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
4. The client shall provide a safe working environment, necessary access to machinery, and a dedicated workspace for the Electronics Engineer during the project period.
5. Warranty on all installed electronic components and programmed systems is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship only.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal work order or service agreement is executed by both parties.

The Electronics Engineer will commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. The total project duration is estimated at six (6) months, with the following milestones:

• Month 1: Site assessment, system design, and procurement coordination.
• Months 2–3: PLC programming, HMI configuration, and sensor installation.
