The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will deliver the following work packages over an estimated period of fourteen (14) weeks, commencing on 1 September 2025:

• Phase 1 – Requirements Analysis & Architecture (Weeks 1–2): The Electronics Engineer will conduct a thorough review of the client's functional specifications, perform a feasibility study on the proposed sensor topology, and deliver a system-level architecture document. All meetings and technical workshops will take place at the client's premises in Belgium Brussels or at our office on Avenue Louise.
• Phase 2 – Schematic Design & PCB Layout (Weeks 3–7): Full analogue and digital schematic design, component selection with attention to medical-grade qualification, and multi-layer PCB layout (minimum 6 layers) using industry-standard EDA tools. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book XVII, Article 5:3).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component availability, labour costs in Belgium Brussels, or applicable regulatory updates.
2. All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to MedTech Innovations NV upon full payment. Background IP of the Electronics Engineer and CircuitBridge Engineering Solutions SRL remains the property of the respective owners.
3. The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all Belgian labour regulations, data-protection obligations under the GDPR, and site-specific health-and-safety requirements at the client's Belgium Brussels facilities.
4. Any change in scope beyond the work packages described in Section 2 shall be subject to a formal change-order and a revised Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, trade secrets, and business information exchanged in connection with this project, in accordance with Belgian law (Code of Civil Law, Articles 1101–1102).
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
