3. Project Timeline

4. Payment Terms

5. Terms and Conditions
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in electronic components and labor costs in the Brazil Brasília region.
5.2. The Electronics Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil Profissional) throughout the duration of the engagement, as mandated by CREA-DF regulations for engineering services in the Federal District.
5.3. All intellectual property generated under this contract shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, in accordance with Brazilian Industrial Property Law (Lei nº 9.279/1996).
5.4. The client agrees to provide the Electronics Engineer with safe access to all relevant facilities in Brazil Brasília, including laboratory spaces, server rooms, and outdoor antenna sites, during the agreed working hours.
