1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, all rates for Electronics Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Canada Toronto engineering sector.
2. All professional services will be performed by licensed and certified Electronics Engineer professionals holding valid P.Eng. designations through Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
3. Travel and accommodation costs within the Canada Toronto Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are included. Travel outside the GTA will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.
4. The client agrees to provide timely access to facilities, specifications, and feedback. Delays caused by the client beyond five (5) business days will result in a schedule extension and potential additional charges.
5. All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Meridian Electronics retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials with client consent.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
7. The Electronics Engineer team shall comply with all applicable Canadian regulations, including the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) guidelines and Industry Canada (Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) standards.
8. A 1.5% monthly late payment fee will apply to any outstanding balances exceeding the due dates specified in the payment schedule.
