2. Scope of Services – Electronics Engineer EngagementThe following services are provided by a licensed and certified Electronics Engineer with a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing, and industrial electronics. - Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout, simulation, and prototyping

- This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will provide all necessary specifications, reference materials, and access to the project site within Canada Vancouver within five (5) business days of contract acceptance.
- Third-party component procurement, PCB fabrication, and external laboratory testing fees are excluded from this estimate and will be billed at cost with a 10% handling surcharge.
- Any scope changes exceeding 15% of the originally defined deliverables will require a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will be a P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) licensed by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGB).
- All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Electronics Engineer's schedule.
- 30% milestone payment upon completion of schematic design and PCB layout approval.
- 30% final payment upon delivery of all documentation, tested prototypes, and acceptance sign-off.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
- All payments to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via EFT to the account of Northwest Circuit Solutions Inc., Canada Vancouver.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labour market conditions in Canada Vancouver, or applicable tax rates. Acceptance of this document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the services described herein.
