1. - Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Chile Santiago region (seismic activity, volcanic events), shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the commercial courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the Chilean Civil Code and Commercial Code.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work site, necessary permits, and coordination with internal safety officers in compliance with Chilean labor regulations (Ley 16.744).
