The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline, with no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing, and hardware validation. The engineer will be physically based in our China Guangzhou office facility and will report directly to the client's project lead on a weekly basis. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:
- Design and development of printed circuit board (PCB) layouts for the client's next-generation consumer electronics product line, including schematic capture, component selection, and multi-layer board routing.
- Development and programming of firmware for ARM Cortex-M based microcontroller units, including real-time operating system (RTOS) integration and low-power optimization.
- Execution of comprehensive hardware testing, including signal integrity analysis, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) pre-compliance testing, and thermal performance validation in accordance with GB/T and IEC standards applicable in China Guangzhou and the broader Guangdong manufacturing corridor.
- Preparation of full technical documentation packages, including design specifications, test reports, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions, all formatted per the client's internal engineering documentation standards.
- On-site support at the client's production facility in the Baiyun District of China Guangzhou during the prototype build and pilot production phases, estimated at no more than ten (10) working days in total.
- Participation in design review meetings, both in-person at our Guangzhou office and via video conference, to ensure alignment with the client's product roadmap and regulatory requirements.

The Electronics Engineer engagement is projected to span a total duration of three (3) calendar months commencing from the date of contract execution. The detailed milestone schedule, including design freeze, prototype delivery, and final documentation handover, is attached as Appendix A to this Quotation Estimate. All milestones are subject to the client's timely provision of product specifications and approval of interim deliverables.
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Precision Electronics Engineering Co., Ltd. at China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Branch:
- First installment (40%): CNY 140,798.00 – due within ten (10) business days of contract signing.
- Second installment (40%): CNY 140,798.00 – due upon client's written acceptance of the prototype and interim test reports.
- Third installment (20%): CNY 70,399.00 – due within fifteen (15) business days of final documentation delivery and project closure.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in labor costs, component availability, or regulatory updates within China Guangzhou.
- All intellectual property rights in the deliverables, including but not limited to circuit designs, firmware source code, and technical documentation, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
- The Electronics Engineer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information of the client. The NDA is attached as Appendix B.
- Any change in scope beyond the parameters defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China Guangzhou.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Guangzhou, shall exempt the parties from liability for delayed performance.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement for the engagement of the Electronics Engineer services as described herein.
