Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the account of Ing. Electronics Solutions S.A.S. at Banco de Bogotá, Colombia:
- 40% upon signature and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (COP 34,986,000).
- 40% upon delivery of functional prototypes and firmware (COP 34,986,000).
- 20% upon final acceptance after commissioning in Bogotá (COP 17,493,000).
The total estimated duration for the Electronics Engineer engagement is 14 weeks from the date of contract execution. All milestones will be tracked through weekly progress reports delivered to the client's project manager in Bogotá. Delays attributable to client-side decisions or third-party component lead times (particularly imported ICs sourced outside Colombia) will be communicated in writing and will extend the timeline proportionally.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or Colombian tax regulations.
- All intellectual property generated under this engagement, including schematics, firmware source code, and design files, shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer firm retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance in Bogotá, Colombia. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental factors outside specified operating ranges, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 3 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- Governing law: This agreement is governed by the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
