1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoCongo Engineering Solutions SARL to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Electronics Engineer for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a telecommunications signal relay infrastructure in the Gombe and Limete districts of DR Congo Kinshasa. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of the project, from initial site survey and feasibility analysis through to final acceptance testing and a 12-month post-commissioning support period.
The Electronics Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in RF systems, embedded control hardware, and industrial-grade telecommunications equipment. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with the regulatory standards set forth by the Agence Nationale de Régulation des Communications et des Postes (ARCP) of the DR Congo Kinshasa jurisdiction, as well as applicable international IEC and ITU-T standards.

3. Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Electronics Engineer's professional fees, specialized tooling, and standard consumables. Import duties on equipment are the responsibility of the client.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation at both sites in DR Congo Kinshasa, and 30% upon final commissioning and ARCP certification.
- The Electronics Engineer shall provide a detailed weekly progress report to the client's project manager throughout the execution phase.
- Any change in scope, additional relay sites, or modifications to the original design will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by TechnoCongo Engineering Solutions SARL.
- The 12-month post-commissioning support includes up to four (4) on-site visits in Kinshasa, DR Congo, and unlimited remote diagnostic support via secure telecommunications link.
- All intellectual property related to system designs, schematics, and firmware developed under this engagement shall remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
