This Quotation Estimate is issued by Alexandria Electronics Engineering Solutions (AEES) to provide comprehensive Electronics Engineer consulting, design, and implementation services for the client's industrial automation and control systems located in Egypt Alexandria. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from AEES.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of design and procurement phases, and 25% upon final commissioning and handover in Egypt Alexandria.
- All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to AEES's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch.
- The Electronics Engineer team assigned to this project shall include a minimum of two (2) certified engineers and one (1) senior technician, all of whom hold valid Egyptian professional licenses.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately.
- AEES shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage throughout the project duration. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- All intellectual property rights in the designs, firmware, and documentation developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
- AEES reserves the right to subcontract non-critical tasks provided that the primary Electronics Engineer oversight and quality control remain under AEES's direct supervision.
- This document constitutes a non-binding estimate until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
