Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechnoLyon Engineering Solutions SARL. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and prototyping phase, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of issue in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate applicable in France.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in the France Lyon region.
- The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, health and safety standards, and site-specific protocols at the client's facility in France Lyon.
