- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Electronics Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of hardware prototyping (Item 04); 30% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the Frankfurt am Main account specified on the invoice.
- Working Hours: The Electronics Engineer shall perform services during standard German business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET). Overtime or weekend work in Germany Frankfurt will be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate.
