• System Architecture Design: Development of schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and signal-integrity analysis for a 12-channel industrial control board operating at 48V DC.
• Component Sourcing & Procurement: Identification and procurement of all electronic components, ensuring compliance with RoHS and REACH regulations as mandated in Germany.
• Prototype Fabrication & Assembly: Supervision of prototype PCB assembly at our Munich workshop, including soldering, reflow, and post-assembly inspection.
• Functional Testing & Calibration: Execution of electrical performance testing, thermal analysis, EMC pre-compliance testing, and calibration of analog and digital signal paths.
