The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Electronics Engineer to design, prototype, and validate a multi-channel industrial sensor interface board for the client's smart manufacturing line. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is expressed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will deliver the following services from our India Bangalore engineering facility:

• System Architecture & Schematic Design: Complete block-level architecture, component selection, and schematic capture for a 16-channel mixed-signal sensor interface board (analog + digital I/O, SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN bus interfaces).
• PCB Layout & Stack-Up Design: 6-layer PCB layout with impedance-controlled traces, thermal management analysis, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review. The Electronics Engineer will ensure compliance with IPC-2221 Class 2 standards.
• Embedded Firmware Development: C/C++ firmware for the ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller, including sensor calibration routines, data acquisition pipelines, and communication protocol stacks.
• Prototype Fabrication & Assembly: Design and supervision of 5 prototype units to be fabricated at a certified PCB house in India Bangalore (Peenya industrial zone).
• Testing, Validation & Documentation: Functional testing, EMC pre-compliance testing, environmental stress screening (temperature cycling –40°C to +85°C), and delivery of complete design documentation including Gerber files, BOM, test reports, and user manuals.

* The above Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are exclusive of any third-party component costs exceeding the standard BOM, which will be billed at actuals with a 5% handling margin.

The total estimated project duration is 20 weeks (approximately 5 months) from the date of purchase order confirmation. The Electronics Engineer will provide bi-weekly progress reports and a dedicated project manager will serve as the single point of contact. All deliverables will be hosted on a secure cloud repository accessible to the client team in India Bangalore.

• 30% Advance: ₹ 4,03,560 (including GST) upon signing of the purchase order and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Milestone Payment: ₹ 5,38,080 upon successful completion of PCB layout and firmware development (Week 12).
• 30% Final Payment: ₹ 4,03,560 upon delivery of all tested prototypes and the complete documentation package.
• Payments are to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of CircuitCore Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Whitefield Branch, India Bangalore. Account No: 50200012345678, IFSC: HDFC0001234.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
• All intellectual property (IP) generated during the course of this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. The Electronics Engineer and CircuitCore retain the right to use general design methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge in future projects.
• Any scope changes or additional requirements beyond the original specification will be assessed separately and communicated via a revised Quotation Estimate or a formal Change Order.
• The Electronics Engineer is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, schematics, firmware source code, and test data shared during the project.
• Warranty: A 90-day defect liability period applies to all delivered prototypes and documentation, commencing from the date of final acceptance.
• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka.
• This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued solely for the attention of TechNova Innovations LLP.
