• Supervision and mentoring of the in-house technical team comprising junior technicians and graduate trainees to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term operational independence.

• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns in India New Delhi, or supply chain disruptions.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
