• Design and development of custom printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies for industrial control systems, with a minimum of three (3) revision cycles included.
• Electrical schematic design, component selection, and bill of materials (BOM) preparation compliant with IEC 60950 and SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) regulations applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
• On-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of electronic control units at the client's facility in Cileungsi, Bogor (serving the Jakarta metropolitan industrial corridor).
• Functional testing, signal integrity analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) verification in accordance with Indonesian national standards.
• Preparation of technical documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and user operation manuals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Two (2) on-site training sessions for the client's in-house maintenance staff, conducted at the Indonesia Jakarta project site.
• Post-commissioning warranty support for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.

• 30% Advance Payment: IDR 151,515,000 – Due upon signing of the Service Agreement and issuance of this Quotation Estimate acceptance.

• 30% Final Payment: IDR 151,515,000 – Due upon successful commissioning, client sign-off, and handover at the Indonesia Jakarta project site.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in component costs and exchange rates.
• The Electronics Engineer team shall adhere to all applicable Indonesian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (K3), and site-specific safety protocols at the client's facility in Indonesia Jakarta.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in Section 1 shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate, agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
• Intellectual property rights for all designs, schematics, and documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project, in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 14 of 2008 on Personal Data Protection.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics affecting operations in Indonesia Jakarta.
• Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and, if necessary, referred to the Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
