The following services are to be performed by a certified Electronics Engineer operating out of the firm's principal office in Iran Tehran:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Electronics Engineer may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Iran Tehran.
4.2 Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of design and prototype delivery, and 25% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
4.3 All on-site work performed in Iran Tehran is subject to the client providing a safe working environment, necessary laboratory equipment, and access to the project site during agreed-upon hours.
4.4 Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Electronics Engineer hourly rate.
4.5 The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary designs, trade secrets, and technical data shared by the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to project commencement.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. The final contract will be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
4.7 Travel, accommodation, and local transportation costs within Iran Tehran for on-site visits are included in the rates specified in Section 3. Travel to locations outside the Tehran metropolitan area will be billed separately.
