1. Scope of Work — Electronics Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Jerusalem Electronics Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive Electronics Engineer services for the design, development, testing, and integration of industrial control panels for Levant Industrial Systems Ltd. 3. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones, all payable in Israeli Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account of Jerusalem Electronics Solutions Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Jerusalem, Account 001-456789-01:
- 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (due within 7 business days).
- 40% progress payment upon completion of PCB fabrication and firmware milestone review (approximately Week 5).
- 30% final payment upon successful commissioning, client sign-off, and delivery of all documentation at the Jerusalem site.
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Israel Jerusalem electronics supply chain.
- All Electronics Engineer deliverables shall comply with SII (Standards Institution of Israel) regulations, IEC 61010 safety standards, and applicable EU CE directives where export is anticipated.
