Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the Electronics Engineer's designated account (IBAN: IT60 X030 3202 8001 2345 6789 012, BIC: BLOPIT22) at the following milestones:
- 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract (EUR 8,637.60 incl. VAT).
- 40% upon delivery of completed PCB layout files and firmware source code (EUR 11,516.80 incl. VAT).
- 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of the final documentation package at the Naples site (EUR 8,637.60 incl. VAT).
Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (Fattura Elettronica) via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy (Banca d'Italia) under D.Lgs. 231/2002.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component availability, exchange rates, or applicable Italian tax regulations.
- All work shall be performed by the Electronics Engineer or by qualified subcontractors operating within the Naples metropolitan area, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client.
- The Electronics Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, as required by the Order of Engineers of Naples.
- Intellectual property rights in all designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation created under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with the client's written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Naples (Tribunale di Napoli).
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. UE 2016/679) and the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
