- 30% advance payment (€ 25,016.10) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.

- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary cost assessment before implementation.
- The project timeline assumes standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30) at the client's premises in Italy Rome. Overtime or weekend work, if required, shall be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma.
