3. Terms and Conditions
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to component cost fluctuations in the Japan Osaka electronics market.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of PCB fabrication and delivery of prototypes to the Japan Osaka site; 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Osaka Precision Electronics Consulting Co., Ltd., Bank of Osaka, Chuo Branch, Account No. 004-72-118-55. All amounts are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Intellectual Property: All designs, schematics, firmware code, and documentation produced by the Electronics Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary designs, manufacturing processes, and business information exchanged during the project in Japan Osaka.
