The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's premises in Kuwait Kuwait City:

• Design and development of a 48-channel industrial electronic control system for the client's HVAC and building automation infrastructure.
• Selection, procurement coordination, and installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and signal conditioning modules.
• Wiring, termination, and integration of all electronic components in compliance with Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense regulations and IEC 61508 standards.
• Commissioning, calibration, and performance testing of the complete electronic system prior to handover.
• Preparation of as-built drawings, wiring schematics, and a comprehensive operations & maintenance manual.
• On-site training of up to six (6) client personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Provision of a twelve (12) month post-commissioning warranty covering all electronic components and workmanship.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the Grand Total (KWD 5,597.550) upon signing of the purchase order and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Progress Payment: 40% of the Grand Total (KWD 7,463.400) upon completion of on-site installation and prior to commissioning.
• Final Payment: 30% of the Grand Total (KWD 5,597.550) upon successful completion of SAT, handover of documentation, and completion of client training.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's designated account in Kuwait Kuwait City within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised due to market fluctuations in electronic component costs.
2. The Electronics Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards of the State of Kuwait, including those enforced by the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) and the Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense Authority.
3. The client shall provide the Electronics Engineer team with safe access to the work site in Kuwait Kuwait City, including necessary permits, scaffolding, and temporary power supply.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment.
5. The provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of KWD 500,000 throughout the duration of the project.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
