All work will be performed in compliance with NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-004-SEDE, and applicable Mexican electrical safety standards, as well as IEC 61508 functional safety requirements.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of Tecnología Avanzada de Ingeniería S.A. de C.V. at Banco de México, Mexico Mexico City branch:
- 30% advance payment (MXN $179,220.00) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment (MXN $238,960.00) upon completion of prototype testing and EMC compliance verification.
- 30% final payment (MXN $179,220.00) upon successful commissioning, delivery of documentation, and completion of training in Mexico Mexico City.
All invoices will include a CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) as required by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to component cost fluctuations in the Mexico Mexico City electronics market.
- The Electronics Engineer services described herein are subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to the commencement of any technical work.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for the Electronics Engineer during on-site work in Mexico Mexico City are included in the quoted price for a maximum of ten (10) business days. Additional days will be billed at MXN $3,200.00 per day.
- Warranty coverage is limited to defects in design and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental factors beyond specified operating conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate will be amended accordingly.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the State of Mexico and the Federal District, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico Mexico City.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Electronics Engineer services to be performed in Mexico Mexico City. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
