The designated Electronics Engineer holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Électricité et de Mécanique (ENSEM) in Rabat, Morocco, and possesses over twelve years of hands-on experience in industrial electronics, embedded systems, and PLC-based automation. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in electronic components and labor costs in Morocco Casablanca.
The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project shall not be reassigned without prior written consent from the client. In the event of unavoidable absence, a substitute of equivalent or superior qualification will be provided.
All intellectual property rights in designs, firmware, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
The Electronics Engineer and Atlas Electronics Engineering SARL shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MAD 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
Work will be performed in accordance with Moroccan labor law, occupational health and safety regulations, and the specific site safety protocols of the client's Morocco Casablanca facility.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
