This Quotation Estimate is prepared by ElectroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer for the design, development, testing, and deployment of electronic systems at the client's facility located in the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan area. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing—particularly for electronic components—may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The assigned Electronics Engineer and supporting technical team shall adhere to all applicable standards of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Department of Industry (DoI), and relevant international engineering codes.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to the custom-designed circuits, firmware, and documentation developed under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- The Electronics Engineer team shall provide a minimum of two (2) on-site visits per week during the active development phase in Nepal Kathmandu, with remote support available on all other working days.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- The warranty period of twelve (12) months covers defects in design, workmanship, and components. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- All work shall be conducted in compliance with the labor laws of Nepal and the occupational health and safety regulations applicable in the Kathmandu Valley region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a separate Service Agreement is executed.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Electronics Engineer services in Nepal Kathmandu.
